An Announcement Regarding COVID-19
Yes, We Are Open!
Due to the improving COVID19 situation the Government have eased restrictions on dental practice. We are pleased to announce we are open and available to perform the vast majority of procedures.
If you have concerns about attending please be aware we have not relaxed any of our safety and hygiene procedures. We would like to assure you that the practice operates at the highest level of infection control standards. This includes the strictest of hygiene controls, care and cleanliness, not only in our clinic but also throughout our entire practice including reception areas, bathroom and waiting room.
All patients will be required to:
• Hand sanitise on entry to reception
• Have their temperature taken
• Have a preoperative peroxide rinse prior to examination or treatment
All surfaces inclusive of door handles and desks are disinfected after you leave.
We ask that you contact us about your appointment if you:
• Exhibit any symptoms of cold or flu such as sore throat, cough, body pains, fever, runny nose, diarrhoea.
• Have any recent loss of taste or smell (recent anecdotal evidence has suggested this may be apparent in asymptomatic COVID-19 cases)
• Have travelled overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone who has travelled overseas
• Have been in known or suspected contact with COVID-19
